每年冬至前後，有烏金或海底人蔘之稱的烏魚群會洄游至台灣的雲嘉南及高雄等地沿海。

然而雲林口湖地理位置剛好提供了舒適的淡鹹海風與溫暖陽光。

雲林口湖出產的烏魚子就是這麼有海味及Q彈。

經過低鹽低鈉的獨門製作方法，曬乾後立即真空包裝，保證每塊新鮮又美味！
